PhD candidate in Languages and Technologies at University of Campinas (UNICAMP), visiting researcher at Centre for Sociodigital Futures at University of Bristol. Master degree in Artificial Intelligence and Ethical Impacts in Education from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and master in Education, Family and Technology from the Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain), postgraduate in Communication Process Management from University of São Paulo (USP), specialist in Design Thinking from School of Higher Education in Advertising and Marketing (ESPM),  and graduation in journalist from Cásper Líbero Foundation.  Priscila has been working in the education, communication and digital technology field for over 20 years in schools, government and organizations in the 3rd sector. She was the coordinator of EducaRede Program (2001-2010), a pioneer program in training educators for the educational use of the internet.

In 2010 she founded Instituto Educadigital, brazilian organization that has been internationally awarded for its work in the couse of open education allied to digital rights and the 4th SDU of Agenda 2030 (quality, equity and inclusion).In 2013 she was Invited to join Ashoka, a well-known social entrepreneur network in Brazil.

Professor of extension and postgraduate courses at PUC-SP, UNPA/Argentina and Singularidades Institute. Researcher at the Open Education Initiative at UNESCO Chair on Distance Education Chair at the University of Brasilia, she develops direct training of public managers of the Ministry of Education, CAPES and Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB – Open University of Brazil). Member of the Expert Research Committee of the TIC Education of Cetic.br/Nic.br and the Brazilian Campaign for the Right to Education‘s GT Tech. She studies the relationship between complexity in education in the face of advances in applications and social impacts of Artificial Intelligence
