Master in Education, Family and Technology from the Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain), postgraduate in Communication Process Management from ECA-USP, specialist in Design Thinking from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (School of Advertising and Marketing) -ESPM, extension in Artificial Intelligence and Social Impact – PUC-SP and graduation in journalist from Cásper Líbero -SP.  Priscila has been working in the education, communication and digital technology field for over 20 years in schools and organizations in the 3rd sector such as I.L Peretz, Abrinq Foundation and Cenpec (Center for Studies in Education, Culture and Community Action). In the latter, she coordinated the EducaRede Program (2001-2010), a pioneer program in training educators for the educational use of the internet. In 2013 she was Invited to join Ashoka, a well-known social entrepreneur network in Brazil.

Professor of Post-graduation in Integral Formation for Education Professionals at Instituto Singularidades, in São Paulo. Researcher at the Open and Distance Education Chair at the University of Brasilia, she develops direct training of public managers of the Ministry of Education, CAPES and Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB – Open University of Brazil). Member of the Expert Research Committee of the TIC Education of Cetic.br/Nic.br and the activating community of Escolas Transformadoras project. She also partakes in the group on Complexity, Complexus, at PUC-SP, and studies the relationship between complexity in education in the face of advances in applications and social impacts of Artificial Intelligence
